Coating aluminium with powder paints is a complex multi-stage process and includes a special and vital pre-treatment phase to prepare the bare metal for
electrostatic application of the powder. The product is then “cured” in a high temperature oven causing the powder to melt and flow, forming a molecular fusion bond.
